 t event for you! Inspired by the renowned TED Talks\, this evening offers 
 valuable insights into the financial sector through the experiences of thr
 ee inspiring speakers. This year's edition is organised in collaboration 
 with Albertus Magnus. Kees van Kalveen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO
 ) of Triodos Bank\, a position he has held since January 2023. He studied 
 Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam and later obtained a postgraduat
 e qualification in controlling. Before joining Triodos Bank\, he served as
  CFO of Nationale-Nederlanden Bank\, where he previously held the position
  of Head of Treasury. His background provides valuable insights into the c
 hallenges of balancing financial performance with sustainable banking and 
 societal impact. Sjoerd van der Eijk is the CFO and Finance Director of Ay
 vens Netherlands\, a leading company in mobility and leasing services. He 
 obtained Master's degrees in Strategic Management and Finance and Law. He 
 began his career at investment bank Leonardo &amp\; Co. before moving to C
 EVA Logistics and later LeasePlan\, where he held several senior finance p
 ositions\, including Regional CFO. Throughout his career\, Sjoerd has gain
 ed extensive experience in financial strategy\, mergers and acquisitions\,
  and business transformation\, offering valuable insights into the evolvin
 g role of finance. Joost Gietelink is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of
  Dutch Flower Group\, a leading international company in the floriculture 
 industry\, a position he has held since June 2022. After completing severa
 l Master's degrees\, including Financial Economic Management\, he began hi
 s career at Rabobank before working as an M&amp\;A consultant. He subseque
 ntly spent 15 years at Randstad in various international management positi
 ons and later served as CFO of Enza Zaden. His extensive experience offers
  valuable insights into international financial management\, business tran
 sformation and sustainable growth. The Chairman of the Day will be Paul va
 n Riessen\, journalist and former Editor-in-Chief of Quote magazine. Drawi
 ng on his extensive experience in journalism and the business world\, he w
 ill guide us through the evening\, bringing together the perspectives of a
 ll speakers\, asking thought-provoking questions\, and encouraging insigh
 tful discussions. This year\, Financial Talks will take place on 23 Novemb
 er at Huize Maas in Groningen. Following the talks\, we will end the eveni
