Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to experience the Oaklins culture and feel what it is like to be part of the number one independent global investment bank. You will receive on-the-job training and benefit from working closely together with experienced M&A, ECM and Debt professionals.

Oaklins’ Intern Academy

Oaklins provides an effective learning experience based on a structured training programme, where interns can learn about topics such as valuation, financial modelling, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), due diligence and contracting.

Equipping the next generation of dealmakers with the knowledge to excel in the Corporate Finance industry is at the core of our Intern Academy. We aim to inform, engage and inspire our interns to perform at the top of their potential. With the training, our interns will not only expand their knowledge of the sector but also gain insight into the day-to-day activities of our analysts.
