Reach your full potential as a Finance Intern

As a Finance Intern, you will support the Manager of Internal Audit in assessing the structure and operation of the administrative organisation and internal controls. During your internship, you will learn about the effectiveness and efficiency of the main business processes, the reliability of the provision of information and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, policy guidelines and procedures.

In addition, you will help with the following:

• Identifying risks

• Improvement proposals and their follow-up (e.g. internal controls, both improvement of existing controls and expansion of control activities)

• Anchoring the business processes. You ensure that processes are up-to-date, lawful and efficient

You are sharp and observant of everything that is happening around you. In addition, you have strong persuasiveness, analytical thinking skills and can form and express your own opinions. You are eager to learn more in the field of finance!

You

• Have relevant work experience in a finance department (pre)

• Have a good command of both written and spoken Dutch and English  

• Follow a Finance related study (HBO/WO level)
