Who we are?

FiSer Consulting is a young, niche and independent consulting firm that was founded in 2015 in Amsterdam by both Dirk Worm and Mischa Wesdorp bringing over 20 years of experience in the Global Financial Services Industry. We have been growing a lot since we started the company to become a scale-up now, winning the FD Gazelle Award for the 4th year in a row.

We operate at the heart of the change among 3 fields of play "Payments, Banking, and Insurance & Pensions" within financial organisations to help our clients achieve successful transformations in line with the future shape of the Financial Services Industry and in doing so, provide the best consulting environment for our employees.

What does our team look like?

We have a strong team and core workforce of strong individuals who are not only with a heart for finance, but also with in-depth knowledge of the financial services areas and processes, experience in the financial services industry, and an extensive track record of delivering large international complex projects. Apart from that, our team enjoys fun activities, drinks and creating memories!
