Together with your team, you will be responsible for the entire financial administration of our Liqor and Beauty segment. Reach your full potential as a Junior Financial Assistant

As a Junior Financial Assistant, you will join our Financial Accounting team, managing all financial flows within the company. This team is a dynamic mix of young talents and experienced professionals who complement each other perfectly and are eager to learn from one another. At the start, you will be paired with a buddy who will guide you through all the different systems we use. From there, your responsibilities will gradually increase, allowing you to grow into an independent Financial Assistant

Your daily tasks include:

  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable management

  • Processing invoices

  • Processing bank statements and preparing daily payment batches

  • Creating collection batches

  • Checking goods invoices

  • Providing support, handling ad-hoc questions, and requests for controlling and sales

This is you

You enjoy administration and are driven to learn a lot within this field. You work in a structured manner, enabling you to switch between different tasks, such as working with various administrations and mailboxes, while maintaining an overview. You are ready to grow and further develop yourself as a Financial Assistant!

You:

  • Have completed an economic/administrative education at least at MBO (level 4)

  • Have at least 1 year of internship or work experience

  • Quickly adapt to different systems and pick things up quickly

  • Have strong communication skills, allowing you to quickly interact with various departments

  • Are a true team player

  • Have a good command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

  • A good salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus

  • Initially, a one-year contract with the prospect of  permanent employment

  • A travel allowance of up to 75 km on single trip travel when working at the office, or an allowance if you’re working remotely (from home)
