Holland Capital, founded in 1981, is one of the first independent private equity firms in the Netherlands. We have been investing responsibly and successfully in promising Dutch SMEs with growth ambitions for more than 40 years. In addition, we expanded with a location in Dusseldorf (Germany), and by this, entered the German mid-market. We have a clear investment strategy and we respond to long-term trends in attractive growth markets, focusing on Healthcare, Technology and Agrifood. Our experienced and committed investment team strives for an open and sustainable relationship with the management teams, with the joint aim of achieving optimal growth. For this, we are supported by a broad network of successful entrepreneurs in the previously mentioned segments.

In recent years, we have invested in more than 180 companies. Currently, we have EUR 270m assets under management. Our funds come mainly from institutional investors, family offices, as well as experienced entrepreneurs in our focus sectors.

The culture at Holland Capital is ambitious, entrepreneurial and open. Our close-knit team consists of about 30 young, proactive and motivating professionals who work hard, but also regularly have fun together. For instance, summer drinks on our Holland Capital boat, a yearly ski trip and we regularly end the week with drinks at our local pub DOK!
