1. Definition banlist: Internal list of persons temporarily or permanently excluded from participation in FSG events.
1.1 Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in banlist placement.
1.2 FSG may also place a member or participant on the banlist, or refuse participation in future activities, in cases of serious misconduct, including but not limited to:

Excessive alcohol consumption leading to disturbance, safety risks, or reputational harm to FSG;

Use or possession of illegal drugs during an FSG activity;

Sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, or any other inappropriate sexual behaviour;

Physical or verbal violence towards participants, organisers, partners, or third parties;

Vandalism or intentional damage to property;

Severe disruption of activities or violation of stated house rules.
1.3 Consequences:

Exclusion from future events for a specified period or indefinitely.

Transmission of personal details to participating companies with an explanation of the late cancellation or misconduct.

In severe cases, reporting to the University of Groningen, law enforcement, or other relevant authorities.
1.4 FSG is not responsible for any consequences for future applications at companies receiving such information.
2. No Discussion Clause
There will be no negotiation on fines or banlist placement, except in documented unforeseen circumstances reported within seven days of the event.
